This November, the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns for its milestone 15th anniversary, bringing the longest hours and most extensive lineup in its history. On Friday, Nov. 15, and Saturday, Nov. 16, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m., guests are invited to enjoy a record 45 creative dishes and over 170 wines, beers, and spirits. Kicking off the celebration, a series of interactive seminars on Saturday afternoon will give attendees an up-close and hands-on look at the finer points of Florida’s craft beers, Spanish wines, and cocktail-making. “Beer Here!” takes beer lovers on a journey through Florida’s dynamic craft scene, while “Salud! A Journey Through Spain” offers an immersive experience into Spain’s rich winemaking tradition, complete with pairing tips. For cocktail aficionados, the returning “Craft Cocktails” seminar delivers insider secrets for crafting bar-worthy drinks at home. All seminars take place on Saturday, Nov. 16, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., with tickets available separately for $85 per person.
