Walls Go Up for Disney Vacation Club Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Resort. Disney has announced a new expansion for the popular Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort that will bring more Disney Vacation Club villas to the popular resort. The new villas coming to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will be located on the edge of the man-made waterway, Seven Seas Lagoon, and be part of the fan-favorite monorail resorts.
A new Disney Vacation Club tower is being constructed between the existing Polynesian Village Resort and Disney’s Wedding Pavilion, it replaced the Spirit of Aloha show building. Imagineers working on this project were inspired by the early concepts for Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. Honoring the past while furthering the resort story with this addition.
Opening in 2024, the new tower will offer amazing views of both Seven Seas Lagoon and Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Let us check out some of the images from yesterday.
