Wait Until You See the Amazing Foodie Options for Pixar Fest!

If you have plans to visit Pixar Fest at Disneyland this Summer, get ready for some of the best food options ever seen at a Disney Park. And, if you don’t have plans to visit Pixar Fest, I bet you will change your mind after seeing this!

Pixar Fest kicks off tomorrow, Friday, April 13. In addition to a new fireworks show, new character meet and greets, and so much more, Guests will be treated to these amazing food options as well. Check out our Guide to the limited edition meals, snacks, drinks, and desserts that can only be found at Pixar Fest!

Disneyland Park 

Main Street Coffee Cart 


Guests stopping by the Main Street Coffee Cart on Main Street U.S.A. can find two items inspired by the movie UP!:

  • Frozen Grape Soda Slush
  • Specialty donuts featuring the iconic balloons from the movie and Russell’s badge sash

Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor

Ice cream lovers will delight over the Salted Caramel Butter Pecan Sundae with butter pecan and chocolate ice cream topped with salted caramel sauce, whipped cream, and candied pecans.

Jolly Holiday Bakery Café

Guests can find more UP-themed food at this Disneyland Park spot such as Chocolate-Hazelnut Pastries and Specialty éclairs featuring Carl Fredricksen and Russell’s badges.

Refreshment Corner

Looking for something a little more savory? Then, stop by the Refreshment Corner for an all-new Pastrami Hot Dog. The all-beef hot dog is topped with pastrami, sauerkraut, special sauce, dill pickle spear, and chives and severed in an artisanal bun.

Plaza Inn

Now back to the sweets! It’s not a party without cake and Pixar Fest is no exception. Guests stopping by Plaza Inn can sink their teeth into slices of Pixar Lemon-Raspberry Cake. The Pixar-themed cake consists of layers of lemon, blue vanilla, and red velvet sponge cakes with raspberry purée and cream cheese frosting and is topped with a chocolate half-dome featuring that lovable, fun Pixar Ball!

Plaza Inn also offers a dining package for the Pixar Play Parade. Guests looking for parade VIP seating can make their reservations here and receive a picnic lunch and accesses to a reserved Pixar Play Parade viewing area. Included in the lunch is your choice of either fried chicken, penne pasta with marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese, or a bed of greens tossed in house-made ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, beans, pickled onions, and tomatoes. All options are served with white cheddar mac and cheese, lemon-thyme green beans, refreshing watermelon-feta cheese salad, and a chocolate-caramel pudding for dessert. Reservations are strongly suggested.

Carnation Café

Guests looking for even more UP! inspired food can stop by the Carnation Café for a sandwich dedicated to Carl Fredrickson! Featured here is the Fried Bologna Sandwich which consists of pan-seared bologna, toasted Pullman bread, aïoli, pickles, lettuce, and tomato. Guests can also pick up a Pork Chop Dinner served on a TV tray! The Pork Chop dinner features a spiced apple pork chop, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, a corn muffin, and a decadent molten lava cake.

Stage Door Café

Looking for some “Toy Story”-themed food? Make sure to buzz over to the Stage Door Café. Guests can find a Berry Funnel Cake featuring a house-made funnel cake topped with blueberries, strawberries, chocolate cookie crumbles, crème anglaise, white chocolate, and gold-dusted whipped cream.

Hungry Bear Restaurant 

We all know you can never have too much funnel cake! So, that’s why Guests will have another option to try their favorite sweet snack during Pixar Fest at Hungry Bear Restaurant located in Critter Country. Inspired by everyone’s favorite unicorn, Buttercup,this funnel cake comes with strawberry-cherry topping, strawberry butter, and streusel with a spice syrup drizzle.

Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante 

Even though “Coco” is a more recent hit Disney-Pixar film, they are not being left out during Pixar Fest! Guests dining at Rancho del Zocalo can fest on the Al Pastor Huarache. This exciting dish consists of refried beans, al pastor-marinated pork, pineapple slaw, pasilla pepper crema, Mexican crema, and queso fresco. All of that is served with pickled carrots and fried serrano chili. And for dessert – Mexican Chocolate Pot de Crème!

Café Orléans 

Looking for the full dining experience? Then, stop by Café Orléans in New Orleans Square. Inspired by “Ratatouille,” Guests can dine on a three-course meal at this location during Pixar Fest. The first course consists of a specialty cheese flight with three cheeses, dried fruit, and honeycomb. The main course features Remy’s favorite dish – Shrimp Ratatouille Byaldi layered with roasted zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, and tomato. For the third and final course, Guests will be treated to Berry-Stuffed Beignets à la Mode served with a sweet brie drizzle.

For some more “Ratatouille”-themed food, check out the Royal Street Veranda for some delicious Potato-Leek Soup.

Alien Pizza Planet

The aliens from “Toy Story” have taken over Redd Rocket’s Pizza Joint just for Pixar Fest and have brought some of the finest ingredients from across the universe to deliver fresh, hot pizzas that are out of this world. The featured pizza, the Cheeseburger Pizza consists of ketchup, yellow mustard, and pizza sauce on a sesame seed crust and topped with American and Cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, diced tomatoes, slider patties, house-made burger sauce, and pickles. Looking for something a little less out of this world? Cheese, pepperoni, and vegetarian pizzas are also on the menu.

Looking to try something a little more “waistline friendly?” Alien Pizza Planet also has some great salads to chose from. All are served with a side of fresh breadsticks:

  • Chicken Ceaser Salad
  • Antipasto Salad: crisp lettuce topped with pepperoni, tomatoes, mixed olives, pepperoncini, fresh mozzarella, roasted red pepper, and roasted red onions tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette
  • Edamame-Noodle Salad: grilled chicken breast on top of marinated edamame, sweet green beans, mint, cilantro, red cabbage, shredded carrot, and cold soba noodles with a ginger-lime vinaigrette
  • Pesto Pasta Salad: gemelli pasta tossed in a spinach and miso pesto with smoky bacon, sweet peas, and Parmesan

There are also “Toy Story”-themed treats at Alien Pizza Planet too! Guests can find Strawberry and Sour Apple Slushes, as well as an adorable Macaron and a Blackberry-Lime Parfait.

Churros!

Looking for one of the most iconic Disney snacks – Churros? Look no further than these locations around Disneyland Park that will feature limited edition flavors just for Pixar Fest:

  • Town Square Churro Cart and the Churro Cart in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle: Lemon Churros with lemon sugar and multi-colored fruity cereal
  • Tomorrowland Churro Cart: Strawberry Churro with strawberry sugar
  • Frontierland Churro Cart: Cocoa Churro with chocolate powder, salted cinnamon sugar, and a Mexican chocolate dipping sauce
  • New Orleans Square Churro Cart: Carrot Cake Churro rolled in cinnamon sugar with raisin-carrot cream cheese frosting.

Guests taking part in Pixar Fest can also find the following popular snacks at kiosks and carts throughout Disneyland Park:

  • Nemo-inspired Cotton Candy: inspired by “Finding Nemo,” this cotton candy features orange and white stripes and a fresh orange-vanilla flavor

Time for some “Monsters Inc!” foods. At Schmoozies, Guests can find Whoopie Pies, a Mint Chip Shake, and a Marshmallow Doughnut with marshmallow fluff filling.

Award Wieners

For more “UP”-inspired food check out Award Wieners for Funnel Cake Fries topped with whipped cream and fruity cereal. Looking for something more savory? The, the Pulled Pork Dog is a must! The Pulled Pork Hot Dog features an all-beef hot dog topped with pulled pork, spicy teriyaki sauce, and fresh pineapple salsa.

Corn Dog Castle

Get “Incredible” at Corn Dog Castle! Guests dining here have can dine on an “Incredible” Spicy Corn Dog. The corn dog features two different sausages (hot link sausage and Cajun chicken sausage) with pepper jack cheese, all put together, dipped in corn dog batter, fried to a golden brown, and served with a sweet and spicy blackberry-serrano chile sauce with choice of chips or apples.

Fairfax Market and Boudin Bread Market

Guests stopping these locations can treat themselves to bread shaped like Mike Wazowski from “Monsters Inc.” Yes, please!

Lucky Fortune Cookie

Guests stopping by Pacific Wharf can dine on Chilled Noodle Salad also inspired by “Monsters Inc.” The chilled noodle salad features chilled iridescent noodles come with herbaceous preserved plants, sweet and spicy vinaigrette, crushed and toasted peanuts, mint, Thai basil, shredded daikon, and carrots.

Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill

I think it’s time for another dessert! And what better one than a “Monster Inc. inspired one? Guests stopping by Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill can treat themselves to a decadent Tres Leches Parfait with layers of vanilla cake, sweet caramel cream, and rum.

Cozy Cone Motel

Guests stopping by this hot spot in Cars Land can take part in “Choose Your Racer” Churros inspired by “Cars.” Guests can pick their favorite flavor and color – yellow for Cruz, red for Lightning McQueen and blue for Storm.

Guests can also try the Champions Corn Cup featuring fresh corn, flavored mayonnaise, cotija cheese, chili-lime spice, and lime; and a Habanero Meatball Cone with turkey meatballs in a habanero derby sauce with a cheese crisp and spiral pasta “smoke stacks.”

Looking for some ice cream? Make sure to add the Road Gravel Ice Cream Topping which is simply cookie crumbles!

Paradise Garden Grill

For even more “Coco”-inspired items, head over to Paradise Gardens for these items:

  • Yucatan-Inspired Vaporcitos – chicken tamales steamed in banana leaves with ranchero salsa, golden rice, and black beans.
  • Mole Verde con Pollo – herb-braised chicken with golden rice, black beans, and corn tortillas
  • Tortitas de Papa con Queso – crispy potato cakes with Oaxaca Cheese, ranchero salsa, golden rice, and pickled onion salad
