Magic Kingdom’s Voyage of the Little Mermaid Closing for Refurbishment
Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid at Magic Kingdom is set to close for a brief refurbishment next month.

The attraction will be closed for routine maintenance from July 21 to July 26.
Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid originally opened in 2012 as a part of Magic Kingdom’s New Fantasyland expansion.
Meanwhile, at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, a brand new “The Little Mermaid” show recently debuted: “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure.” This new production replaced “Voyage of the Little Mermaid,” which had remained closed since the 2020 COVID-19 shutdown. After an initial continuous run, the stage show now operates with set performance times.
