Heads Up, Disney Fans! Virtual Queue Added for Zootopia: Better Zoogether

Good news for upcoming guests! The Virtual Queue system for the new attraction, Zootopia: Better Zoogether!, is now live within the My Disney Experience app. This addition comes just in time for the Annual Passholder previews scheduled for November 5 and 6, 2025, at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, giving early riders a chance to practice using the new system.

How to Join the Zootopia Passholder Previews

To secure a spot for the preview, Annual Passholders must use the Virtual Queue system available through the My Disney Experience app. Here is a breakdown of the process:

1. Make a Park Reservation:
   • For the 7:00 AM virtual queue, you’ll need a theme park reservation for Disney’s Animal Kingdom for that day.
2. Join the Virtual Queue:
   • There will be two opportunities each day to join the virtual queue – at 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
   • The 7:00 AM queue is available to Passholders with a park reservation.
   • The 1:00 PM queue is available to any Passholder with valid admission, and no reservation is required.
3. No Entry Requirement:
   • You do not need to enter a park before joining the virtual queue.

Zootopia: Better Zoogether! is the all-new 4D theatrical experience taking over the Tree of Life Theater, replacing the long-running It’s Tough to be a Bug! The show invites guests to celebrate Zoogether Day alongside favorite characters like Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, and Gazelle, with a citywide celebration featuring musical performances and a high-energy finale. Be on the lookout for exciting, immersive 4D effects and the debut of a new Benjamin Clawhauser Audio-Animatronic.
