The churro is a little hard but the ice cream softens it right up. The flavor combination though is excellent! The only thing I need to warn you about the Vanilla Ice Cream Churro Sandwich is that you need to eat it QUICKLY. If not, you will find yourself eating two Churros floating in Vanilla Ice Cream soup.
