First Look at the Updated Rooms at Pixar Place Hotel

The reimagined Pixar Place Hotel is officially opening tomorrow, January 30, at the Disneyland Resort! Previously named the Paradise Pier Hotel, the new theme is all about the Disney Pixar animated films and characters we love.

We have already seen the rethemed lobby and common areas of the hotel. Now, we have a first look at the updated rooms!

The rooms now have laminate flooring with a blue carpet under the 2 queen beds. Above the beds is a collage of images from some of our favorite Pixar films. In this room the collage features Up, Ratatouille, Toy Story, Finding Nemo, Soul, Coco, and Inside Out. The other walls around the beds are blue. There’s also nice storage space underneath the beds.

Across from the beds is a small desk with two drawers and a chair. A TV is hanging above the desk. Next to the desk is a vibrant red couch that converts into a twin size bed. The wall on this side of the room is half white and half yellow. Artwork above the couch features other Pixar characters like Mike and Sully from Monsters Inc. and the Incredibles.

Pixar fans will like the smaller details in the room like the Luxo lamp on the desk and the hidden Pixar ball on the bedding and accent pillows. The rooms also have good closet space, a mini fridge, and coffee maker.

The bathrooms have also been updated! The floor is a dark tile while the sink and shower are bright white. The mirror above the sink has a light surrounding it and the artwork above the toilet features the Luxo lamp and Pixar ball.

We are loving the new look of these rooms! They’re also perfect for larger families as they can sleep up to 5 adults. What do you think of the new Pixar themed rooms?
