Who is ready for another quick update about Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort construction? Me too! We’ve been able to stay up-to-date on the construction for the new refurbishments at the resort. In these newest pictures, you’ll be able to see it is getting closer and closer to completion.
The 15-story tower, filled with 500+ guest rooms, is starting to look incredible. The new tower, Gran Destino Tower, is set to open July 2019. The tower will feature a beautiful two-story lobby to admire along with a themed table-service restaurant for the top of Gran Destino Tower.

The next few photos are of the new restaurant being built in the middle of the lake, Lago Dorado. This view is going to be incredible. The restaurant is named Villa del Lago.
The above picture of the tower will become a favorite view once construction is complete. It’s gorgeous. There is also going to be an incredible new walk way over the scenic Lago Dorado Lake for guests to enjoy.
