While current projections posted by Universal note an opening sometime in 2025, a recent revelation by Steve Tatham, the Executive Creative Director for Epic Universe at Universal Creative, suggests that the park is set to open its gates in the first half of next year!

In a recent episode of The Superbold Podcast with Fred Joyal, Steve Tatham, the Executive Creative Director for Epic Universe at Universal Creative, unveiled an array of details about Epic Universe. Tatham is an industry veteran with an impressive background spanning several decades in theme park creative ventures. At around the 2:30 mark in the podcast episode titled “Boldly Creating an Epic Universe with Steve Tatham“, Tatham began to describe Epic Universe as a major theme park spanning over 100 acres, and then revealed that Epic Universe is slated to open its gates at the beginning of next year, specifically before Summer!

It is important to note that while Tatham specifically mentioned Early 2025 as the opening time frame for Epic Universe, the official Epic Universe website still notes an opening date of 2025, with no specific timeframe in 2025 mentioned.
