According to a post on the Universal Studios website, they will be postponing all monthly FlexPay payments effective March 25th, 2020.
FlexPay option allows you to spread out your Annual or Seasonal Pass payments over 11 months, after an initial down payment.
Here is the info from their website:
Universal Orlando Annual Pass Updates
How will my Pass be affected?
All Annual and Seasonal Passes will automatically be extended by the number of days our theme parks are closed. There is no action required from the Passholder. Existing benefits and restrictions will continue to apply.
Will my monthly payment be charged during the park closure?
If you are signed up with FlexPay, we have postponed all monthly payments effective March 25, 2020. We will be in touch with further details on when payments will resume. If you need to make any changes to your credit card information, please contact Passholder Services at 1-888-5-FLEXPAY.
Will there be changes to block out dates for Seasonal and Power Passes?
Current blackout dates remain and can be found www.universalorlando.com/apblockout and any future updates will be communicated.
That is good news for those who make monthly payments.
No word if Universal Studios Hollywood will be following suit for Flexpay as of yet.
Earlier this week Universal extended the closure of Universal Orlando Resort & Universal Studios Hollywood through April 19th due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
