Universal Orlando Resort Transportation Update

Universal Orlando Resort released some transportation updates this past August 20.

Starting August 22, guest and team member pick-up/ drop-off location, as well as rideshare transportation such as Uber or Lyft, will be relocated to the 5th floor of the Jurassic Park section of the North Parking garage in CityWalk.

You will be able to access this location through a special lane in Universal Orlando’s standard parking garage entrance (parking fee will not be required).

As for taxis, Universal Hotel shuttles and transportation buses, they will continue to use the CityWalk bus loop as a pick-up/drop-off location.
