Dates and Details Announced for Holidays at Universal 2025

Universal Orlando Resort is once again transforming into a winter wonderland filled with lights, music, and plenty of holiday cheer. Holidays at Universal runs from November 21, 2025, through January 4, 2026, and the best part is that all of the seasonal entertainment is included with your regular theme park admission or Annual Pass (though blockout dates may apply).

Christmas in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter
Both Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade will be dressed in festive décor, complete with garlands, twinkling lights, and themed window displays. Live entertainment will get a holiday twist as the Frog Choir and Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees perform seasonal sets. When the sun sets, head to Hogsmeade for The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts Castle, a stunning projection show set against the iconic castle backdrop. To see both lands in the same day, remember that a Park-to-Park ticket is required to ride the Hogwarts Express between them.

Universal’s Holiday Parade featuring Macy’s
Every evening, Universal Studios Florida will host a high-energy parade filled with giant balloons, colorful floats, and appearances from familiar characters including the Minions, Shrek, and Madagascar friends. Santa himself closes out the parade, making it a must-do for families. Arrive a little early to secure a good viewing spot.

Grinchmas in Seuss Landing
Over in Islands of Adventure, Seuss Landing gets a whimsical makeover for Grinchmas. The Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular live stage show brings the beloved story to life, complete with music recorded by Mannheim Steamroller. Guests can also meet the Grinch in person for a mischievous (and photo-worthy) holiday encounter.

• The Holiday Tribute Store will return with elaborately themed rooms, festive décor, and plenty of seasonal souvenirs.
• Earl the Squirrel will make special appearances for meet-and-greet opportunities and photos.
• CityWalk will join in the fun with the Green & Red Coconut Club, offering themed cocktails and entertainment.
• Specialty holiday food and drink will be available throughout the parks and CityWalk, from sweet treats to festive drinks (don’t miss a seasonal Butterbeer).
• All Universal Orlando hotels will be decked out with holiday decorations, festive dining options, and special activities for guests.

Special Add-On Experiences

• Universal Holiday Tour: Offered on select dates, this guided experience includes reserved show seating, seasonal snacks, and character meet-and-greets.
• The Grinch & Friends Character Breakfast: Available on select mornings, this experience lets you start the day with the Grinch, the Whos, and a festive sit-down meal. Separate park admission and advance reservations are required for both experiences.
