Volcano Bay Nights Brings After-Hours Splashy Fun to Universal Orlando
Get ready to experience Universal’s tropical oasis in a whole new light—literally! Universal Volcano Bay Nights officially kicks off this Saturday, offering guests an all-new exclusive nighttime adventure on select Saturday evenings this spring. The limited-capacity event will take place on April 12, 26 and May 3, 10, and 17, inviting guests to embrace the vibrant Waturi culture with after-hours water fun, live entertainment, DreamWorks character meet and greets, complimentary treats, and more.

Guests will have the rare chance to enjoy Volcano Bay under the stars, complete with shorter wait times and exclusive access to fan-favorite water attractions like the thrilling Krakatau Aqua Coaster, the heart-pounding Ko’okiri Body Plunge, and the twisting Kala and Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides. The energy doesn’t stop there—Waturi Beach transforms into a nighttime party hub with a live DJ, nostalgic games like limbo and hula hoop contests, and epic meet and greets with characters from beloved DreamWorks Animation films. Guests can snap selfies with Shrek and Fiona, Puss in Boots and Kitty Soft Paws, King Julien and Alex from Madagascar, and even Poppy, Branch, and Guy Diamond from Trolls.
When it’s time to recharge, guests can indulge in complimentary island treats like Spicy Island Shrimp and Cheesy Cliffside Seashell Pasta, or sip from over 100 drink options in a complimentary Volcano Bay Freestyle Souvenir Cup, loaded with Coca-Cola® beverage choices. For those wanting more, specialty food and drinks will be available for purchase at fan-favorite spots like Kohola Reef Restaurant and Social Club, Dancing Dragons Boat Bar, and Koka Poroka Ice Cream Kona.
Tickets for Universal Volcano Bay Nights are just $99.00 plus tax per person, and include self-parking. Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 4:00 p.m., with the exclusive event officially starting at 7:00 p.m. Universal Orlando Passholders receive 10% off the ticket price with a valid Annual or Seasonal Pass and photo ID.
