Universal Fan Fest Nights Serves Up a Multiverse of Flavor at Universal Studios Hollywood

Universal Studios Hollywood is cooking up something truly epic this spring with the launch of Universal Fan Fest Nights, a brand-new after-hours event running select nights from April 25 through May 18, 2025. While this celebration of fandom will bring immersive activations, cosplay opportunities, and themed merchandise across some of the most beloved worlds in pop culture, one of the biggest stars of the show is the food—a sprawling, imaginative menu inspired by Star Trek, Back to the Future, Dungeons & Dragons, One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and SUPER NINTENDO WORLD.

Under the direction of Executive Chef Julia Thrash, the culinary team dove deep into each universe to ensure that every dish not only looks the part but tells a story. Whether you’re sampling Vulcan fritters, biting into a braised rib fit for Luffy, or savoring a Hogwarts house churro, the goal is full immersion—one flavor-packed bite at a time.

For guests who want to experience the culinary side of the multiverse to the fullest, the debut of the Fan Fest Dining Pass makes it easier (and tastier) than ever. Available for purchase within the park, this pass includes two entrées and four side, snack, dessert, or beverage items from participating locations. Eligible menu items are clearly marked on menu boards with the Fan Fest Dining Pass logo, making it simple to pick your next themed treat as you explore.

Here’s a breakdown of what fans can expect to savor during this fandom-fueled food fest:

STAR TREK: RED ALERT
At Quark’s Cafe in Hollywood & Dine, the menu beams in from all corners of the galaxy. The Klingon Targ Legs—honey-glazed pork wings—come served with spicy kimchi fried rice, while the Andorian Red Bat Sandwich features herb-marinated chicken on a bao bun, topped with garlic aioli, charred red onions, and arugula, served with tuber root. Chef Toad at Toadstool Cafe introduces two new Yoshi-inspired items. Yoshi’s Fettuccini Alfredo blends pesto alfredo sauce with grilled chicken, broccoli, and mushrooms, topped with a whimsical Yoshi Egg bread. The Yoshi Smoothie offers a refreshing blend of green apple and honeydew with a creamy twist, garnished with mint and melon syrup.
