The inaugural 5K Minion Run at Universal Studios Hollywood sold out freaky fast so they’ve added a second date. Even though registration sold out for Saturday, May 11, 2019, they’ve added a second race for Sunday, May 12, 2019.
The Minion Run 5K is perfect for families, race addicts, runners and walkers alike. The starting point is at the Universal Studios Hollywood gates. From there you will run through the park while being cheered on by your favorite characters including those mischevious Minions!
Highlights along the way include the Psycho House, War of the Worlds set and the Who-ville backdrop from Dr. Suess’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
The 3.1-mile run starts at 6:00 am followed by a closing and awards ceremony. Every participant will receive a commemorative Minion finisher medallion!
