Two Magic Kingdom Attractions Closed Due to Possible Mechanical Issues

Two Tomorrowland Attractions are closed and blocked off in the Magic Kingdom this morning. Both the Peoplemover and Astro Orbiter are blocked off to guests due to POSSIBLE Mechanical Issues.

A temporary wall has been put up around the entrance of the Tomorrowland Peoplemover as Disney is working on whatever is wrong with the attraction. We think the motor for the escalator might have burned up again or something might have gotten stuck in the belt.

Cast Members are out letting people know that the Astro Orbiter is also down as well while they work on the issues.

Both Tomorrowland Attractions are showing as Temporarily Closed on the Disney World App.

We have also received word that Star Traders in Tomorrowland is also closed this morning, and we are unsure if the Lunching Pad will open at 10 am either…
