Aloha ladies and gents! It’s your girl, Anonymouse! I have some juicy gossip for all of you foodies who also love the characters! Now don’t tell Chip because you know he loves food and a few characters but we all know he loves food more. According to wdwmagic.com, Tusker House at Animal Kingdom will now feature a character dinner. That will make Tusker House a character only dining experience. Breakfast here is one of my favorites!
Reservations are available for March 8th, 2015 and beyond.
F.Y.I. Donald’s Safari Dinner will still be a buffet, including meet and greets with our favorite ducks Donald and Daisy Duck. Dinner will begin right after lunch at 4pm.
If character dining is not your thing, in 2015 a new table service restaurant will open on Discovery Island. If you will be visiting before then, you can still visit the Rainforest Cafe or Yak and Yeti, for non character dining.

Beginning, March 8, 2015, you can enjoy a fun-filled character dinner at Tusker House Restaurant located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park at Walt Disney World® Resort.
Donald’s Safari Dinner will offer you the opportunity to meet some of their favorite characters, including Donald and Daisy Duck, while enjoying a delicious selection of an all-you-care-to-enjoy dinner buffet with flavorful African influences. Guests can feast on spit-roasted carved meats, unique salads, creative vegetarian offerings, hearty stews, delicious desserts and more!
In addition to this new character dinner, Tusker House Restaurant will continue to feature characters at breakfast and lunch.
Donald’s Safari Dinner will be offered beginning at 4 p.m. daily. Reservations are recommended and can be made 180 days prior to your visit. Book today by calling 407-WDW-DINE or visit Disneyworld.com!
