Try this Refreshing Summer Treat the Vanilla Guinness Float at Vivoli in Disney Springs. Yes, it is a full bottle of Guinness Stout, and yes, it was 12:00 PM, and yes we drank the whole thing! This is Disney World, and it is supposed to be vacation time.

We got the Vanilla Guinness at Vivoli Il Gelato at Disney Springs. $17.00 – It is just a bottle of Guinness Stout and Vanilla Gelato. Seriously simple, and seriously good. The vanilla gelato made the drink less heavy feeling at the noon hour.

The Vivoli ice cream parlor was founded as Latteria Vivoli back in 1929. The family lived in Pelago, a village located between the plains and the mountains. Fast Forward and many stories, in 2015 Vivoli opens its second U.S. location at Disney Springs, in Orlando, Florida.
