Hurricane Milton Threatens Florida: Theme Parks on Alert

Tropical Storm Milton has officially strengthened into Hurricane Milton, escalating concerns as it barrels towards Florida’s west coast. With sustained winds reaching 80 mph, the storm is projected to intensify further and potentially make landfall as a major hurricane by midweek.

The National Hurricane Center has adjusted the storm’s predicted path southward, with current projections indicating a landfall near Tampa on Wednesday. However, the storm’s trajectory remains somewhat uncertain, leaving a large swath of Florida’s coastline under threat.
