Tron Lightcycle Run missing from D23 List of New Experiences coming in 2022

In recent news, D23 recently made a list of every Disney experience to look forward to in 2022. However, there’s one curious omission. The list did not include Disney World’s Tron Lightcycle Run!

The ride is a Magic Kingdom attraction currently under construction. Many were hoping to see the ride open in late 2022, but now it seems possible that the ride may not open to guests until 2023.

For those unfamiliar with TRON or the ride; the first TRON attraction debuted at Shanghai Disneyland when the park opened in 2016. The ride named “TRON Lightcycle Power Run” is a roller coaster adventure through a semi-enclosed structure in Tomorrowland, Shanghai Disneyland. However, it’s official name for the Magic Kingdom is Tron Lightcycle Run!

The Ultimate Competition
