Tron: Ares Popcorn Buckets and Collectibles Arrive at Regal, AMC, and Cinemark
The Grid has expanded into your local movie theater! Ahead of the release of Disney’s highly anticipated Tron: Ares, Regal, AMC, and Cinemark theaters are rolling out a brand-new lineup of popcorn buckets, tins, and drinkware that are as collectible as they are functional.

The star of the collection is a Lightcycle-shaped popcorn bucket, complete with light-up features that capture the sleek style of the iconic Tron ride vehicle. Fans of Tron Lightcycle / Run at Magic Kingdom will instantly recognize the design, and yes, this collectible glows just like the vehicles from the Grid.
Regal Cinemas is also offering an exclusive arcade console popcorn bucket, modeled after the retro machines that started it all. Meanwhile, AMC and Cinemark are sticking with classic cylindrical tins and themed drink cups, each featuring Tron: Ares artwork. Cinemark will also carry their own version of the Lightcycle bucket, ensuring fans across the country have a chance to grab one.
Not to be left out, Alamo Drafthouse is releasing a set of pint glasses themed to the new film — perfect for fans who want to bring a bit of Tron flair to their drinkware collection.

The timing couldn’t be better. To celebrate the movie, Walt Disney World is introducing a limited-time red overlay on Tron Lightcycle / Run at Magic Kingdom, beginning September 15, 2025. The attraction’s usual blue glow will be replaced with a fiery crimson, set to a pulse-pounding soundtrack by Nine Inch Nails, who composed the film’s score.
Tron: Ares races into theaters October 10, 2025, starring Jared Leto, Greta Lee, and Evan Peters. With new music, new thrills, and now new collectibles, the world of Tron is gearing up for a major comeback both on-screen and in the parks.
