‘Toy Story 4‘ Won Best Animated Feature Film at the 2020 Oscars. There is never a night quite like The Oscars for moviegoers and filmmakers who anxiously await the winners of The Academy Awards year after year. The awards cover many categories including: Best Actor/Actress, Best Supporting Actor/Actress, Set Design, Costume Design, Sound Mixing/Editing, Best Director, Best Original/Adapted Screenplay, Best Feature Film, but one category that Disney Fans were most excited about was this years Best Animated Feature.
The nominees included: How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World (Dreamworks), I Lost My Body (Netflix), Klaus (Netflix), Missing Link (Laika), and Toy Story 4 (Disney-Pixar). Presenter and Pixar Alumni, Mindy Kaling, presented the award and announced Toy Story 4 as the winner for Best Animated Feature for the 2020 Oscars.
Filmmakers Josh Cooley, Mark Nielsen, and Jonas Rivera accepted the award on behalf of Pixar Animation Studios and were nearly speechless, but mustering up thank-you’s to the cast and crew, and honored their families who supported them through the filmmaking process.
