Tiffins Restaurant is now open in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. The all new menu is inspired by the tastes of Africa, Asia and South America.
Some of the samplings available are:
Lobster Popcorn Thai Curry Soup; miso-glazed black cod; whole, sustainable fish; Wagyu striploin, and the South American chocolate ganache. (There also are chicken, lamb, pork and duck entrées.) Cocktails are refreshing, and wines focus on sustainable, organic vintages and bio-dynamic viticulture.
The porch of Nomad Lounge is bound to be a popular locale, with comfy couches and chairs, ceiling fans and a menu of small bites and beverages. (No reservations necessary.)
Tiffins is open for lunch and dinner. For reservations, visit DisneyWorld.com/dine or call 407-WDW-DINE.
