This Mother’s Day Mimosa Cake is a wish our hearts made!

Inspired by Cinderella’s iconic glass slipper, this dessert features golden sponge cake topped with a chocolate Cinderella slipper filled with mimosa flavored mousse. It sounds so good! Just be aware this treat does contain alcohol.

You can get it at Gasparilla Island Grill in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort from May 6 through May 8. This quick service location offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with items like Mickey waffles, artisan burgers, pizza, hot Italian sandwiches plus beer and wine.
