With the Disney Parks and Disney Stores being closed for so long, we have all been trying to find ways to add a little magic back to our lives! I was very excited when Walt Life invited us to try out their Walt Life Subscription Boxes because we were definitely missing our happy place!
Walt Life Subscription Boxes
We got to check out two different boxes, the Walt Life Magic Plus Disney box, and the Walt Wars box which is inspired by you guessed it, Star Wars. We selected the Walt Life one for me, and the Walt Wars one for my son Caleb. We let Caleb check out his box first, and he had such a blast! He was super giddy getting to open a mystery box, especially since he could tell it was Star Wars! We kept having storms and lots of flickering power when it was my turn to open, so I had to wait a few more days to do my video unboxing. I’m a very curious person, so the suspense was getting to me!
Walt Wars Subscription Boxes
Caleb went crazy for this box! You can see his ridiculous excitement in his unboxing video here. Everything in the box was officially licensed, and great quality! The hat was definitely the main showpiece! It has a very nice metal emblem on the front, with a sueded bill, and quilted fabric that helps that hat keep its shape. The R2-D2 lanyard is from Buckle Down, which is one of my favorite belt brands. It’s quite stretchy and I might keep trying to confiscate it for my own! It also came with a mug, two key chains, and some art cards. The mug has actually become a morning staple for Caleb’s chocolate milk each morning!
I would recommend this box, even for younger Star Wars fans (my son is 8). I’ll probably order one as a back to school treat for him at the end of this summer too.
Walt Life Subscription Boxes
The Walt Life Subscription Boxes are filled with Disney goodies! There are several varieties available including ones that fit several different price ranges. The classic box for instance is only $30.00 and includes free US shipping. The boxes you also get are a lot of fun, and the packaging is even themed beautifully. I had the Magic Plus Box, which is their most popular choice and retails for $49.00. One of the things I really appreciated was the little character card and bookmark, it made it feel very genuine and magical.
As I was opening the box I even remarked that I felt like my personal Instagram had been checked out because every item in the box was so completely me! There was Mickey scrunchies, which I’m always putting my hair up since Florida is so hot. Plus I got an Ursula Funko highlighter palette, and Evil Queen Funko Lipstick, which is so perfect for me! Not only do I love Villains, but I’m also a makeup addict, and obsessed with anything Funko! There was also a Sleeping Beauty cleansing cloth from Mad Beauty and a Mickey umbrella! My Minnie Mouse umbrella had actually just broken a week before too! To finish off the box was a pack of Mickey Jelly Belly jelly beans, which is one of my favorite treats!
