The Edison is ringing in the New Year with the latest Burger of the Month. From now until the end of January, you can enjoy The Double Stack Deli Burger. This monstrous delight starts with The Edison’s signature beef blend patty and a mountain of toppings. Hot pastrami sliced to perfection is topped with corn chips, spicy mustard, and pickles to give it that signature deli taste. Pair this burger with one of The Edisons signature cocktails, like The Last Exile, blended with fernet, Templeton rye, chartreuse, simple syrup, and lime. Or try Funky Buddha Brewery’s Floridian, a Hefeweizen crafted right in Central Florida.
The Edison at Disney Springs serves up classic American dishes in an industrial 1920’s inspired setting. Family friendly dining and entertainment are offered during lunch and dinner. After 10 pm, The Edison becomes exclusively 21+, and a dress code is in effect. Bring your most dapper apparel and sip craft cocktails while you’re entertained by live music, cabaret singers, aerialists, contortionists and more.
