The Edison in Disney Springs has unveiled a series of winter holiday cocktails and mocktails. Edison’s expert team of mixologists has been as hard at work as Santa’s elves. They have come up with some fun festive seasonal drinks you will want to put on your wish list.

The Edison is designed to resemble an abandoned 1920s power plant. This multi-level venue has a great atmosphere with a steam-punk vibe. Seating areas include lounge-like tufted sofas as well as traditional table seating. There are 7 distinct dining and bar areas as well as waterfront seating with gorgeous views. Warmly lit brick wall backdrops and antique lighting, not to mention live entertainment in the form of aerialists, live music, and more.

- Bacardi, Coco Lopez, coconut milk, and holiday spices
- Cup ‘O Cheer, Mocktail ($10)
- Apple juice, cranberry juice, cinnamon, and lemon
- Cosmie Poinsettia, High Roller ($30)
- Infused Stoli Elit, Belle de Brillet Pear, St. George Spiced Pear, cinnamon, and lime juice

Chip & Co was recently invited out to The Edison and we had the chance to try some of these new holiday cocktails.

The Under the Mistletoe cocktail was festively presented and packed quite a punch. The cranberry, lemon juice, and cranberry all played nicely together.
The Coquito de Edison was smooth and creamy. This was my first time trying coquito and the flavors of this drink reminded me of a good coffee drink. It was delicious.
The Cup O Cheer is a mocktail that all ages can enjoy. The apple, cranberry, cinnamon, and lemon all made for a very wintery-tasting drink. All the flavors that make you think of winter are in there and it just goes excellent together.
