The Cigna Heath Improvement Tour is Stopping at Disney Springs

Disney Springs is known for phenomenal dining locations, fantastic shopping, and top-notch entertainment, and for a limited time starting today Disney Springs is the place for a free health screening. The Cigna Health Improvement Tour will be stopping at Disney Springs March 15-17 and providing those who stop by with their all-important four health numbers.

We all know the importance of our health and how important preventative screenings are to maintaining good health. Cigna has been touring the country offering free biometric health screenings with the #GoKnowTakeControlTour. Those who stop by the mobile screening booth will have the opportunity to have a variety of biometric health screenings performed. The screenings offered include blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and body mass index analysis. Participants will also have the opportunity to talk with a Cigna health coach.

The Cigna Health Improvement Tour will be available from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. this weekend. You can find the tour set up near House of Blues Restaurant & Bar on the Disney Springs West Side ready to provide screenings and health advice. After all, your health should come first and knowing your four health numbers is a way to make that happen.
