Hollywood is full of icons. Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World is no different, and some of their icons are even edible. For example, the incomparable Carrot Cake Cookie, which has just been spotted back at Trolley Car Treats!
Trolley Car Treats is the Starbucks found in Hollywood Studios. They offer lots of your favorite coffee drinks as well as something sweet to go along with it. The most popular option by far is the Carrot Cake Cookie, which has seen some changes over the years but has never wavered in popularity. At $3.99 it’s a great price regardless of whether you’re eating it alone or sharing, eating immediately, or taking it home. Honestly, there’s no wonder it’s such a beloved dessert!
It’s basically two slabs of carrot cake sandwiching cream cheese frosting. What’s not to love? It’s a cupcake without the mess, a whoopie pie with more substance, a cake, and yet a cookie. It was temporarily replaced with a red velvet cake version for the holidays, which was also delicious and a great change of pace. Somehow though, it’s not quite the same when we can’t smuggle a Carrot Cake Cookie home from Hollywood Studios!
If you haven’t tried it yet, be sure to grab one on your coffee run at Hollywood Studios. Some things are classic for a reason! And for more tips about what to eat at Walt Disney World, check some of our other articles:
