The Edison at Disney Springs has outdone themselves with the burger of the month for September! Let’s just say if you are a meat lover like me, you will want to start planning your visit to Walt Disney Word and The Edison.
The Edison’s burger of the month is called the Corque Burger and it does not disappoint. The burger consists of The Edison’s signature beef blend of sirloin, short rib and brisket and topped with honey mustard, maple cured ham and Swiss cheese. All of that is piled high on sourdough bread that has been dipped in egg then grilled. Sounds amazing, right?
The Edison in Disney Springs has become a favorite for burger-loving visitors and locals alike as their ever-changing burgers are becoming something guests look forward to.
