Test Track Gear Shop Reopening July 22nd
The store previously known as Test Track SIMporium is rebranding and will reopen as Test Track Gear Shop on July 22nd.

After your exhilarating ride, the newly rebranded Test Track Gear Shop invites you to browse a wide array of merchandise, including toy cars, pit crew caps, and pins. The new signage for the gift shop was installed concurrently with the unveiling of the new Test Track Marquee. Walt Disney Imagineering shared, “A marquee moment indeed! Installation of the new marquee at Test Track presented by @generalmotors has begun! The design echoes the attraction’s architecture, while incorporating the new logo in illuminated letters that will look amazing both day and night.”
When EPCOT’s reimagined Test Track Gear Shop officially opens on July 22nd, guests will also get to experience the new, updated version of Test Track. When Test Track officially reopens, guests will discover a refreshed experience that blends its classic thrills with new innovations. The ride will feature redesigned vehicles sporting a sleek, R&D-inspired look with darker colors and updated interiors, complete with new seats, graphics, and lighting.
Before even boarding, visitors can explore new queue exhibits across six distinct spaces that celebrate the past and future of mobility and the innovators behind it. On the ride itself, reimagined show scenes will put the spotlight on customization, onboard technology, and the emotional bond between people and their vehicles. Of course, the exhilarating high-speed finale on the outdoor track will remain, now complemented by a refreshed scenic environment that seamlessly integrates with the attraction’s updated aesthetic.
