The Tambu Lounge is open again, now with a sleek new look. In August, the iconic Polynesian Villiage Resort original closed for a 3-month long refurbishment. During that time the lounge (which has remained largely the same throughout various refurbishments to the resort as a whole) got a modern facelift.
The old (and somewhat dated) sign is gone in favor of a new fresh take on the exotic locale where the lounge draws its inspiration.
The overall vibe remains largely the same though with a thatched roof and intricately carved tiki wood throughout.
We are digging the new look and think that the new look breathes new life into one of our favorite places to unwind after a busy day in the Parks.
Delicious small plates are available to whet your appetite as you enjoy one of Tambu Lounges Signature cocktails. The Beef Carpaccio Tataki sounds absolutely heavenly.
Speaking of the lounges signature cocktails, Lapu Lapu lovers rejoice! Two of Tambu Lounges most celebrated cocktails are back on the menu. In fact, the drink menu is lately unchanged, which is definitely something we are very happy about.
