California recently announced theme park reopening guidelines. Sadly, Disneyland will not be able to open until Orange County is in the lowest risk tier which could be months from now. According to Disney Parks Chairman Josh D’Amaro, both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure have been ready to open for months.
