Construction on EPCOT’s new Ratatouille-inspired ride is progressing! Currently, the completion and opening of Remy’s new ride in the France pavilion are slated for very late 2019. With any setbacks or problems, it might even be early 2020 before we can experience the attraction. (But we’re keeping our fingers crossed for 2019!) Work on
