A husband and wife from Arizona has filed a law suit against the operator and manager of the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel after the wife was allegedly injured by a speaker. Sarae and Zuli Steremberg filed a complaint on June 1 with the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida

Disney World wins Disability lawsuit
Disney won a lawsuit earlier this week in which a plaintiff was suing Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts saying that the Disable Access Service Card (DAS) violates the American with Disabilities Act. Not only winning the judgement granted, the court also required the plaintiff to pay all of Disney’s legal fees.
