Closer Look at the Construction for New Minions Ride and Cafe at Universal Orlando Construction is now underway at Universal Studios Florida for the NEW Minions Ride “Illumination’s Villain-Con Minion Blast” and Minions Cafe. The new ride is replacing Shrek 4D and the Cafe will be replacing fan-favorite Monsters Cafe.
