Flower & Garden Festival Prep Underway Flower and Garden will kick off at Epcot this March 1st, 2023 and Disney has been busy getting everything in place. It’s a bit unusual to see the topiaries going up quite this early but we are definitely not complaining. Everything is looking great!

Flower & Garden Festival Topiaries Appear The Flower and Garden Festival is almost here and you can smell it in the air. Flowers are being planted and topiaries are popping up all over Epcot literally overnight. Epcot’s annual Flower and Garden Festival isn’t due to begin until March 1st, 2023.
