PIXAR President Ed Catmull to Retire Next Year
Ed Catmull, President of Walt Disney and PIXAR Animation Studios since 2006 has announced he will retire next year. Catmull, age 73, first began with Lucasfilm’s computer division in 1979. He was hired by none other than George Lucas. In 1986, he co-founded PIXAR with Steve Jobs and John Lasseter.
