From the very successful PBS show Modern Irish Food and based on his new cook book with the same name, celebrity chef Kevin Dundon shares his inspiration for his first American series with a lunch demonstration at Raglan Road.
There will be an extensive 4 course luncheon with wine pairings. Kevin will show you how to create each dish along with helpful tips.
