Sunday Bubbles Brunch is the perfect conclusion to the Swan Dolphin Food & Wine Classic weekend. Il Mulino, in the Swan Hotel, hosts this amazing meal. Here is our photo tour review of this all-inclusive brunch.
To begin, we had a glass of Champagne and a Mimosa. We ordered the Lobster Benedict and the Steak and Egg selections for our entrees. Both of these options were very tasty and plated nicely.
Next, we tried some Bruleed Fruit which had an unusual flavor that actually worked well with our meal. The juice bar offered your choice of Detox or Energize. Depending on how much you had to drink at the Food & Wine Classic the night before will likely determine your juice choice! We sampled one from each bucket and both had a nice fresh flavor to them.
After a bit of juice, we explored the omelet and create-your-own-parfait stations. All of the add-ins are fresh and the omelets are made to order.
Additionally, we toured through the options for meats, cheeses, breads and salads. The choices are plentiful and displayed nicely in their own stations. With so many incredible options, we found it difficult to choose.
Next, we meandered over to the Sushi Station. All of the offerings were colorful and lovely. If you are a fan of Sushi, you may want to start here as you will get full very quickly. We were discovering the truth behind the old adage, “Your eyes are bigger than your stomach.”
Finally, we approached the dessert table. There are so many choices here that you will be hard-pressed to find a favorite. We particularly enjoyed the Macaron and the Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Dome.
To conclude, Sunday Bubbles Brunch was impeccable. At $88.50 per person, the quality of the food and the value of the experience were well worth the cost. We highly recommend this option as the best way to end a practically perfect Food & Wine Classic weekend at the Swan & Dolphin Resort.
