Summer Beverages and Desserts with a Latin Twist at Walt Disney World

The summer solstice is approaching in just a few days! Disney World has a wonderful variety of refreshing menu items to help you cool off in the hot Florida sun. Each of these beverages and desserts has a Latin twist! Vamanos!

Head over to La Cantina San Angel in Walt Disney World’s Epcot to try a portable fruit popsicle. You can enjoy flavors like lemon or mango with chili and coconut.

Stop by the Maya Grill in Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort for a variety of fun postres. The lemon sorbet is made from freshly squeezed lemons and offers a crisp and bright flavor. On the other hand, the mango sorbet is naturally dairy and fat-free with a creamy and rich taste. You can also go for a sampling of dessert shots! Try key lime, cappuccino, dulce de leche, chocolate mud pie, peanut butter parfait, or Gran Marnier berries n’ cream.

Try the Hibiscus Henna at Tiffin’s Restaurant in the Animal Kingdom. This non-alcoholic beverage is a mix of watermelon, hibiscus, soda water, and lime juice. While you’re sipping, order the Passion Fruit Tapioca Creme, the Guava Mousse, or the Halo-Halo.

We cannot forget the tropical flavors that scream vacation! Sebastian’s Bistro in Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is serving tropical sorbets in flavors like mango-lime, guava, and guanábana.

Sebastian’s Bistro also serves a variety of non-alcoholic specialty drinks. The Peachcomber is a fruity mix of orange, lemon, and peach topped with soda water. The Landlubber Lemonade is a concoction made of Odwalla Lemonade, citrus, and grenadine. Lastly, the Mutiny Punch combines raspberry, pineapple, and lime, topped with Fever Tree Ginger Beer.

Finally, take a break from shopping in Disney Springs at Frontera Cocina for a Fiesta Mexicana Iced Tea or Agua de Jamaica. You can also enjoy the Coconut-Lime Cuatro Leches which is a sponge cake soaked in four milks, topped with whipped cream, toasted coconut, blackberries, and lime zest.

Which one of these beverages or desserts with a Latin twist will you be setting your sights on?
