If you love whimsical treasures, then I have found the perfect store for you. Tucked away in Disney Springs, underneath the covered area on the West Side, close to Chicken Guy and Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, is a store with something for everyone. Sugarboo & Co. has everything from home decor to children’s toys and everything in between, with a sprinkle of Disney here and there.
Sugarboo & Co. was started in 2005 by Rebecca Puig and her husband, Rick. The name Sugarboo came from a couple of nicknames that she had for her children, Jake and Sophie. Her children are the main inspiration for Sugarboo because she enjoys creating products that remind us of the ones we love. She believes in putting good out into the world whenever possible and she hopes that each Sugarboo piece sent out into the world will add a little good!
The Sugarboo Manifesto is a beautiful expression of who they are as a company and is even available to purchase.
Sugarboo & Co. at Disney Springs has so many hidden treasures that you will have to go and see for yourself. I did a live walkthrough and caught as much as possible here, but it doesn’t do Sugarboo & Co. justice. Their Halloween collection is like no other and we got a special “small” sneak peek into their Christmas collection that had arrived just the day before.
Sugarboo & Co. has several locations, including one in Anaheim, California, in the Downtown Disney District. Next time you’re at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World, make sure to check out Sugarboo & Co. You will not be disappointed.
