Strawberry Festival Returns to Jaleo in Disney Springs

It’s strawberry season, and Jaleo at Disney Springs is ready to tantalize your taste buds with its annual Festival de Fresas! This exciting event, in collaboration with Central Florida’s cherished Southern Hill Farms, runs from January 29th to February 18th. Head Chef Kristoffer Anderson has meticulously crafted a menu highlighting the sweet and savory flavors of locally-sourced strawberries from Clermont, FL.

Jaleo’s Festival de Fresas is not just a feast for the palate but also a celebration of culinary creativity. The festival features Spanish-style dishes infused with the freshness of strawberries. Guests can look forward to a zesty strawberry gazpacho, a delicate scallop crudo enhanced with the sweetness of berries, and a classic strawberries and cream dessert with a unique Jaleo twist.

Adding to the excitement is the avant-garde Cono de Fresa y Queso Mamá Marisa. This signature Jaleo small bite is a delightful combination of strawberry marmalade and blue cheese, garnished with crumbled pistachios – a true fusion of flavors.
