Disney Aulani recently took to X to share an exclusive first look at two brand-new resort items making their debut at Ulu Café this summer, strategically timed just ahead of the annual Stitch Day celebration on June 26. The new resort-exclusive refillable mug will grant guests unlimited refills of fountain beverages, coffee, and tea at participating resort locations for the entire length of their stay, while the matching souvenir popcorn bucket will unlock discounted $3 refills.
Both highly anticipated items showcase vibrant, tropical illustrations crafted by Disney Artist Ann Shen. The whimsical artwork depicts Experiment 626 fully embracing the vacation spirit as he lazily glides along the resort’s popular Waikolohe Stream. The design is tied together with bright sunset hues, lush greenery, swaying palm trees, ocean waves, and a collection of other Aulani-inspired details, with a rich purple handle and matching lid completing the look of the popcorn bucket.
While Aulani has not yet confirmed exact pricing alongside the initial announcement, these souvenirs are expected to align with standard resort pricing, which typically sees standard character popcorn buckets retail between $10–$15 and premium metal travel mugs priced around $38.
Both pieces of merchandise are set to land at Ulu CafĂ© “just in time” for Stitch Day on June 26. As Aulani officially celebrates its milestone 15th anniversary this year, Stitch continues to reign as one of the resort’s most beloved and prominent character icons, perfectly honoring their shared Hawaiian connection.
