This resort is the first at many things! For the first time ever at any Disney resort hotel that guests can purchase items such as the decorative shower curtains or a crazy cone lamp. Another first for a value resort is a self-service business center for guests to take advantage of while enjoying the Art of Animation Resort.
The resort also offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and scrumptious snacks at the Landscape of Flavors food court. The dining at Landscape of Flavors food court is a counter service credit for those on the dining plan. One of the fabulous things about the Landscape of Flavors is the option to “make your own” foods, healthy options as well as smoothies. Some of the healthier options include buckwheat pasta, egg-white frittatas and low-fat smoothies. With 5 distinctive food shops there is definitely something to satisfy everyone in your group!

The Little Mermaid rooms are more expensive than value resort standard rooms especially since they do not allow special pricing on them. But the amenities at Art of Animation make up for that. The best deal there is on the Family Suites since there are typically 15-20% off of the room rate.
There are some wonderful food options at the Landscape of Flavor! We used to have problems finding healthy option at value resort food courts but the Art of Animation totally changed that!
This is a perfect resort for a multi-family trip! I actually just helped 4 different families that are traveling together plan their vacation to Art of Animation! If you would like assistance with your next trip email me at kari@destinationsinflorida.com and make sure to mention Chip sent you! I would be more than happy to plan magical memories for your family!

We would love to stay here…looks like fun! #ymbada
We are staying at POP Century. Now I have to walk the bridge over to AOA and check it out. I’ll do that the day we check in since it isn’t a park day. My Disney vacation calender is getting full! #ymbada
We can’t decide between this one and Riverside. #ymbada
Looks like so much fun! #ymbada
We may try eating there on our up coming trip, I like the idea of having a healthy low calorie meal some times that’s hard to find at DW #ymbada
Planning a multi-family trip. The family suites would be perfect! #ymbada
I’d love to stay in a Little Mermaid room. They’re pretty expensive for a value resort though. I was surprised! #ymbada
