Disney’s ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ proves that the box office force is indeed strong with a $450 million global debut in 55 territories including North America where it posted the second biggest opening of all-time taking in a whopping $220 million. This, according to multiple reports, fell just short of the $248 million “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” made in 2015 after years of hype surrounding a returning trilogy.
