While many of us are wondering if we’ll ever see green grass again, others counting down towards a spring break vacation. They’re trading in their snow shovels for sand shovels and winter boots for flip flops. As the parks begin to fill up, so do our social media news feeds with pictures of friends and family with characters, on rides, and with some popular colorful walls. Walt Disney World has some cute and fun photo opportunities for you to try on your spring break visit.
There’s more to the parks than the rides and characters. Adding some magic to your Disney vacation allows you to bring home some long-lasting memories. All four parks have photographers all over, read to capture for smiles, laughs, and add a little magic along the way. This spring, check out all the photo opportunities around each park and during some character meals. Disney Springs also has great photo option if you have some extra time. Best of all, it’s completely free! Be sure to purchase your Memory Maker photo package to bring home all of your pictures and ride videos.
Some photographers are using different spring break-themed props enhance your pictures, such as cute signs or hand-held frames. Note that not all photographers have props.
Another fun extra that’s one of my personal favorites is magic shots. These are pictures where a photographer will tell you to hold your hand out and point to it with a surprised look on your face. The magic happens once the picture is taken and added to your memory maker account. It can take a little time for it to load into your account, but you just might find a Mickey ice-cream bar in your hand or maybe a fun-loving crab named Sebastian sitting in your hand.
Some character meals have a backdrop along with a photographer waiting to take your picture either before or after you eat. 1900 Park Fare, Cinderella’s Royal Table, Chef Mickey’s, and Akershus, just to name a few.
There’s still more spring break photo opportunities at Walt Disney World beyond the characters and rides. Head over to Disney Springs at Disney’s PhotoPass Studio for a photo shoot. It’s FREE, and you get to pick your backgrounds. From personal experience, it was worth making the trip to Disney Springs for the extra photos.
We all know saying goodbye to a magical trip at Walt Disney World is never easy or fun. Besides bringing home some lifelong memories and stories, you’ll have lots of fun and unique pictures to cherish. Hopefully, while you were in the parks, you took advantage of the fun spring break photo opportunities at Walt Disney World.
