Splash Pad in Epcot has been removed. Liquid Layer Interactive Fountain, the unofficial name for the 2 splash pads in the formally known Future World area of Epcot, has closed one location permanently. In the image above, you can see the area we are talking about. It is located between World Showcase, and what is now called World Celebration.
2 days ago, this area was still surrounded by walls that were erected over a year ago. Now, you can see that the walls have come down, and the Splash Pad in Epcot has been paved over, and all remanents of the splash pad have been removed.
