“Spidey and His Amazing Friends” Swings Into Action with Season 4
Get ready for more web-slinging adventures as “Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends” returns for its highly anticipated fourth season! The hit Disney Jr. series, a favorite among young viewers and their families, is set to premiere on Monday, June 16, at 8:00 a.m. PDT on Disney Jr., with episodes also airing later that day on Disney Channel and Disney Jr. on Demand. Fans can dive deeper into the new season starting Tuesday, June 17, when the first six episodes become available on Disney+.

Since its original premiere in August 2021, “Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends” has consistently captivated audiences, solidifying its position as the No. 2 streaming series for kids and boys aged 2-5. Its immense popularity is evident in its staggering 2.3 billion views across Disney Jr. and Marvel HQ YouTube channels, alongside an impressive 896 million hours streamed globally on Disney+ to date.

Season four promises to build on this success with thrilling new storylines and exciting character introductions. Viewers can look forward to the brand-new “Water-Webs” story arc, which will see Team Spidey — Peter Parker, Gwen Stacy, and Miles Morales — gain water-themed powers and don cool pirate suits for aquatic adventures. The season also continues the popular “Dino-Webs” story arc from season three, ensuring plenty of prehistoric heroics.
Adding to the excitement, a new batch of “Meet Spidey and his Amazing Friends” shorts will also debut on Monday, June 16, across Disney Channel, Disney Jr., Disney Jr. YouTube, and Marvel HQ YouTube. All 10 shorts will then be available for streaming on Disney+ starting June 25.
Fans will be thrilled to learn that a major Marvel icon is making his first appearance in the series: Captain America! He will debut in the short “Captain America Lends a Hand” before joining the lineup as a recurring character throughout season four, lending his heroic might to Team Spidey. Another fan-favorite from the Marvel Universe, Jeff the Land Shark — the breakout star from Marvel Comics and the popular “Marvel Rivals” video game — is also set to feature in multiple episodes, promising charming and hilarious moments.
To celebrate the upcoming season, Walt Disney Records is releasing a multi-single featuring two new songs from the series, “Webs Ahoy” and “It’s Jeff.” Both tracks are written by the series’ acclaimed songwriter/composer Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy, and are set to debut tomorrow, Friday, May 30, building even more anticipation for the new episodes.
