“Come on everyone, get your ears on! It’s gonna be a good, good time.” The new Move It! Shake It! MousekeDance It! Street Party is almost here! Located in the Magic Kingdom Park, the new street party will make its debut in two short days!
Cindy Wilson, the Disney Parks Live Entertainment Choreographer, describes what we can expect to see during this new Move It! Shake It! event. Choreographed to a whole new song never heard before, It’s a Good Time by the Deekompressors, guests can expect to see all new choreograph sure to make the kid in you dance the day away!
Wilson describes the choreograph as a “throwback to the Mickey Mouse Club house with wonderful music that everyone is going to want to get up and dance to, yet it is contemporary at the same time.” Wilson went on to add, “It makes you want to move. It makes you want to party. It makes you want to have fun!”
Technical director, Lindsay Vrab, also describes how the new Move It! Shake It! Floats have transformed for this all new show. Vrab tells us about the new themes and colors to the floats that are vibrant and fun with giant presents and bows! Vrab went on to tell us that guests will also have a special treat of dancing with along with all new characters plus Mickey, Minnie and pals! The new Move it! Shake it! Will also feature live singers, which has never happened during a street party!
It is sure to be a “good, good, good time!” during this all new event. Remember it all starts in two days! Will we see you moving it and shaking it in the streets of the Magic Kingdom?!
